Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) consist of multi function-separated thin films. We found that the use of fluorinated silole-type self-assembled monolayer (FSAM) as a hole injection material improves the device performance. The improvement is caused by the energy state of ITO surface due to FSAM modification And the interface phenomena with a-NPD plays an important role of it.
