Abstract(in English) Aiming at low carbon society, wider spreading of smart houses is important for efficient utilization of natural energy sources, e.g., photovoltaic battery. However, degradation of the storage batteries which are provided in smart houses increases its cost, and disturbs the power of the spreading. In this paper analyzing degradation model of the batteries is discussed. Then, an efficient power management scheme for smart houses is proposed.
