Fast Image Colorization Algorithm

Abstract(in English) This report proposes a new image colorization algorithm using optimization. Introducing two assumptions that the color value of the two neighbor pixels which have the very different gray value is the very different and the color value of the two neighbor pixels which have the same gray value is the same, which is formulated as the weighted least squares problem. Numerical examples show that the proposed algorithm colorizes a grayscale image well using a small number of color pixels.
