Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The numbers of students with some sort of disabilities, who are studying at post-secondary educational institutes, are increasing these days. As for the students with hearing disability, information and communication support at their classes and practices for them are highly expected. The same level of educational environment with hearing students and accessibility to information should be guaranteed for their success. Though information and communication support, such as note-taking by hand or PC summary, and sign interpretation are being introduced at many higher educational institutes, communication at language classes among instructors, hearing classmates and the students with hearing disability requires effective Information and Communication Technology for better communication. Self-study program with Information support of TOEIC for students with hearing disability is developed and available by use of e-learning system.
