Abstract(in English) A new generation of IT enabled web system -such as Twitter, Facebook, and electric social networks- enable people to share idea in new way. But they don't have the support function of consensus building. Recently, there are needs for systems to support in a process of discussing, not only sharing, buy also aggregation idea. In such fields as city planning, particularly, the realization of large-scale and multiplayer argumentation is expected. In this research, we aim to develop an opened workshop support system that many people can participate in collaboration for various agenda at anytime.
