Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When a dynamic channel assignment scheme is applied to Satellite/Terrestrial Integrated Mobile Communications Systems(STICS), co-channel interference among satellite cells increases as traffic load increases and link quality of assigned channels can be worse than required quality if the frequency reuse factor is small. To solve this problem, this report proposes two dynamic channel assignment schemes, i.e. the interference measurement based scheme and the location measurement based scheme, with link quality threshold control. This report shows the performance evaluation results by computer simulation regarding a blocking rate and a link quality.
