Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Physical random number is focused to increase the security of encrypted communication. Generation rate of the physical random number generator is slow in general, so high speed random number generators are needed. We are developing a superconductive random number generator that can generate physical random number so fast. However, correlation between before and after appears in so high generation rate. The reason why correlation appears is investigated and the parameters for speed-up are searched. Therefore, the cause of correlation is revealed and generation rate is gained by 5Gbps.
