Abstract(in English) Recently, a boundary integral equation method(BIEM) has been proposed and successfully applied to analyzing plasmon modes of nanoparticles. Using BIEM, we have designed plasmonic antennas to concentrate light in nano scale. In this report, our method is applied to analysis of near-field light with a metallic nano sphere and the computational accuracy is investigated in term of the static approximation, dispersive model, and resonance phenomena. We also discuss the effect of resonance shift due to minor shape variation of the sphere.
