Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a method to estimate places where a person is strongly impressed to visit based on GPS data. We evaluated five kinds of criteria consisted of visiting frequencies, distance from home, average time spent in a visiting place and direction from home. For GPS data collected from 10 users, sixty places are selected using the measures and subjectively evaluated by users. Judging from the experiment results, we can say that visiting frequencies, distance from home and direction from home mainly affected the impression users felt.
