Abstract(in English) In recent years, product development and research on behavior and sensing (life log) life personal records, such as sleep and food has come to be actively carried out. Now that the behavior sensing life and personal records have been generalized, is the use of their record of behavior and personal life and individuals to think about then. Problems initially the disaster, operations related to disaster response is very much record that has not been done well in the Great East Japan Earthquake of destination becomes highlighted. In this paper, we make life focusing on the organization of collective disaster response headquarters belongs, a proposal for action recording system. In particular, it is aimed that it will help to validate the future by going to record not only the actions taken in individuals, with regard to information about objects that existed when taken action in this system.
