Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, there is an increasing need for uses of communication services for various kinds of network applications. So, there is a need for improvement in capacity of service links in communication networks. For improvement in the capacity, there is a need for well-chosen QoS assignment to each service links. This paper first proposes a new evaluation indicator called "communication welfare", which is a social welfare specialized in QoE. Using the social welfare as a metric, the quality of each service link can be optimized. Next, we visualize the shape of communication welfare, taking a simple QoE function. Finally, we propose a derivation of well-chosen offered loads of service links using Nash product of QoE and Pareto efficiency.
