Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a MAC protocol using multiple control channels for multi-channel ad-hoc network. In the proposed protocol, all channels are divided into some groups. The group has a control channel. All nodes follow a pre-defined sequence by hopping the control channels for searching a receiver. There is a trade-off between control-frame collision probability and time to rendezvous. The proposed protocol achieves higher throughput than previous protocols. Simulation results show the validity and effectiveness of the proposed protocol.
