| Abstract(in English) | We have proposed evaluation methods for the social influence of telecom service disruptions as an economic impact. The primary economic impact is evaluated by means of the Cobb-Douglas function where the influence of a service disruption is estimated as the loss of labor input expressed by the Resilience Factor. Moreover, we extended the proposed method to include the inter-industry ripple effects of the primary economic impact using the inverse matrix coefficients for input-output table.In this paper, we propose a new method to evaluate the economic impact of telecom service disruptions considering the capital loss in the Cobb-Douglas function which we didn't examine in our previous studies. We analyze the functional relations between the economic impact we propose in this manuscript and the number of suffered users, and compare it with other social influence measures (i.e. the social disservice, the number of user inquiries). Lastly we discuss the advantages of our proposal to precedent studies for the future telecommunication network reliability. |
