Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The cognitive radio system is powerful technique for significantly improving the frequency spectrum usage efficiency. In this paper, we discuss that observes the use situation of a frequency channel and the situation of reuse of the frequency in space and time domain for the wireless LAN environment which is an example of representation of cognitive radio. From the measurement result, by MAC protocol analysis, we observed generating packet collision, failure of reception of packet, and generating of change of the rate which happens from change of packet length. Furthermore, when two wireless LAN systems existed in the same room and each system is in the separated room, the isolated distances for suppressing the mutual interference are clarified.
