Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A P2P environmental observation system is designed to deal with the lack of a proper network infrastructure or dangerous environment. However, it cannot collect the data when the sensor network is isolated from P2P Data Pot network. To solve the problem, we have been developing a sensor data collection mechanism for mobile micro storage systems. With this collection mechanism, information located in isolated portions of an environmental observation system can be gathered. Through a device called Mobile P2P Data Pot that automatically moves between the different portions of the network an automatic collection and delivery of data can be achieved. In this paper, the details of the design and implementation of this system are described.
