| 抄録(和) | 一般に標準化は製品開発を支援する重要な手段であるが,災害対応ロボットは他の製品より利用環境・使用法が多様であるため,既存の仕様標準・性能標準の考え方を単純に災害対応ロボット適用することは困難である.その困難を補うため,米国では標準化性能試験法 (Standard Performance Test Method: STM) を用いた災害対応ロボットの標準化活動が実施されている.本稿では,この標準化活動を,宇宙分野での標準化活動と比較し,その特徴を明らかにし,今後の災害対応ロボットの開発加速のための標準化の在り方を考察する. |
| 抄録(英) | At present, a lesson of large scale disasters has clarified the need for disaster response robot, and to accelerate the development of disaster response robots, the standardization is important. However, but to the complexity of the environment and the usage of the response robots, it is not easy to apply the conventional standard methods, specification standard and performance standard, for the robot development. To overcome this, Standard Performance Test Method (STM) has been used in the US, where STM provides concrete measurement of performance but not provides the value itself in order to consider the diversity of the robots. In this paper, by referring to the standardization in the space systems, the standardization of the response robots are investigated from the point of view of both the engineering and management and consideration to accelerate disaster response robots development is carried out. |
