Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, the transmission and leakage loss of a porous post-wall waveguide depending on the substrate thickness was evaluated. The transmission loss of the thick substrate was improved by air-holes. On the other hand, the transmission loss increase with the thin substrate. The leakage of the waveguide was also evaluated as a function of substrate thickness. As the results, the leakage loss of the waveguide is increased in the case of thinner substrate and higher frequency.
