Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Now, the cinema technique is not sufficiently formalized. Then, the technological application of that technique is limited to the automatic edit of movies that contain a series of simple events. The final goal of the present study is to draw a set of applicable rules from the cinematic technique to make movies that we watch in everyday life. As first step to attain our goal, we conducted two experiments that examine whether people can uniquely determine the composition of a shot to the action that is included in each shot. The results suggested that the composition of a shot is determined by the context such as the shot sequence.
