Abstract(in English) The output characteristic of a diode laser is changed by the conditions of its injection current, its temperature, and the applied magnetic fields. We made a research on a Fabry-Perot type diode lasers, especially its oscillation frequency characteristic in a room temperature and relatively weak magnetic fields in our previous work. This work reports the characteristic of a VCSEL in a magnetic field. The obtained result is different from that of a Fabry-Perot type diode laser's case and the VCSEL's oscillation frequency shifted to the higher oscillation frequency side.
