Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This study considers how the utilization of multiantenna full-duplex relay is effective in cellular system under a situation base stations (BSs) of some cell are destroyed by disaster, and user terminals (UTs) should connect to a BS in a far away distance. As a fundamental initial investigation under a practical situation, this work measures the capacity improvement by full-duplex relay assuming single stream transmission and idealistic condition of perfect channel state information (CSI). Computer simulation shows that, different from the case of half-duplex relaying, the proposed approach can obviously improve the link quality when base and relay stations have enough number of antennas for full-duplex transmission.
