Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a composition method of a remote collaboration environment for video editing using multiple high-definition video streaming. There is an increasing demand for remote collaboration to deal with a distributed human resource. In this paper, we focus on video editing industry which apparently has the demand. In order to improve the productivity, our proposed method offers three features, real-time sharing of the video source, intuitive sharing of producer's idea and awareness of creator's (or producer's) facial expression and gesture. In a video editing experiment with a professional producer, we found that our method increases the efficiency mainly for the producer. Furthermore the producer appreciated that our method provides a productive environment which has most of the demanded functions.
