Abstract(in English) | The comb-type copolymer composed of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and py (Py) or bipyridine (BPy) has been synthesized by RAFT polymerization. The obtained PEG-co-Py or Bpy was confirmed to coordinate with Pt (PEG-co-Bpy-Pt), which is characterized by IR, NMR, UV experiments. The multivalent interaction of the PEG-co-bpy-Pt with DNA was characterized and the cytotoxic effect of PEG-co-bpy-Pt on HeLa cells was estimated by MTT,depending on feed polymer concentration. |
