Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A normally-off-type inductive-coupling wake-up transceiver is developed to 1/500 the standby power consumption of non-contact memory cards. The wake-up signal shows up 2.9ns after inductive excitement. The transceiver consumes 6nW standby power with 50x50μm of silicon area in 0.18μm CMOS.
