| Abstract(in English) | Various approaches have been done to re-establish service areas of mobile communication quickly when communication failures are occurred in a time of disaster such as earthquake. As one of approaches, we developed a temporal radio repeater system on captive balloon and carried out the field experimental campaign. This paper explains the outline of developed system and the results of field experimental campaign. |
