| Abstract(in English) | We built the Digital Dome Theater system which can show the actual scenery of 360 degrees at faculty of Tourism, Wakayama University in 2009. The system consists of 4K instruments of camera, transmission and projector. We have been practicing in the field of nature, tourism and disaster prevention using it. In this report, we introduce an outline of the system and the practices, and discuss effect and potential of educational material using ultra-realistic dome images. |
