Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Rope-jumping is one way of diet or training. In this study, we focused on the jump rope exercise you use the equipment without a rope called "Air rope-jumping". We developed a system to determine the rotational motion of the rope-jumping exercise. The system analyzes the motion of jumping rope using the moving image processing using the IR camera. Our system recognizes a polystyrene sphere attached to "air rope-jumping" by the Kinect sensor and rope jumping motion by utilizing the rotational movement. In this paper, we describe the performance evaluation by the overview and the evaluation experiment.
