Abstract(in English) Semiconducting silicides are attracted attentions as the green-energy generation materials, like photovoltics and thermoelectrics because abundance of their constituent elements suit for volume consumption materials with a low environment risk and a low cost. In this paper, we report the crystal growth of semiconducting silicides and their device applications for the green energy generation.
