Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this study, we consider a new method in noncontact and nondestructive way for detecting internal defect in solid materials by high-intensity aerial ultrasonic waves and optical equipment. This method differs from existing methods in that it detects solid material defects by detecting and analyzing vibrations on the surface of the object, which is excited using high-intensity aerial ultrasonic waves. In this method, the laser beam for detecting gets through in high-intensity sound pressure region. Therefore, sound waves from the vibration plate have the potential to affect the LDV laser. In this report, we examined the effect that high-intensity sound pressure region affect the LDV laser and the procedure avoid it.
