Abstract(in English) For the promoting a chemical reaction, heating is an essential technology. There is a lot of contribution in the product development stage, on the other hand, there is little example that a microwave heating was applied in the product manufacturing stage. To develop the good heating device for pharmaceutical products, we created the flow-type chemical reaction equipment which heats the flow channel in the resonator.
