Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to realize the non-destructive and non-contact inspection of objects by using terahertz (THz) waves, we propose the swept-source optical coherence tomography using photonically generated frequency swept THz source. Compared with our previous work, THz time-domain optical coherence tomography, this system will be able to achieve short time measurement. In this paper, we first give the generation technique of the frequency swept THz signals. Next, we discuss the component of the tomography system. Finally, we show some specs of the tomography system with respect of mainly depth and lateral resolution.
