Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we shall introduce some of our work related to disaster communications. The first one is our trial on setting up a store system at temporary housing in Iwate. The suffered people are still coping with inconvenience in their daily life. We tried and helped them out with our trial store system and have found some issues. The second one is research on why people do retweet. Twitter was used extensively at the Great East Japan Earthquake, but we found some false information spread out as well. We tried and explore the reasons for decision making on retweet. The third one is our reconstruction watcher system which will let the people keep watching how the suffered area is changing by setting up a camera. The last one is an on-line Tsunami Information Museum which is expected to provide the people by generation by generation with threats from Tsunami. We introduce those four research projects and their issues.
