Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This Google Street View Case in Japanese Fukuoka High Court dismissed the infringement of the right to privacy because of the vagueness of the objective snap. The court suggested the point of view about the legitimacy of the service of Street View itself. The case also suggested how to treat the widespread (but not heavy) infringements of the right to privacy and the obligation of privacy oriented service.
