Influences of Using or Trouble Experiences toward Perceptions of Online Shopping

Abstract(in English) This study examines university students' perceptions of online shopping. We used a questionnaire-based research method to elucidate students' perceptions of online shopping. It was found their behavior of using the online shops, such that "showrooming" is not common among students. It was also showed their perceptions of the disadvantages of online shopping. Conjoint analysis revealed students' priority to the perception of online shopping and postage is bigger imposition than the price of goods. We also examined differences with respect to students' experiences or facing some trouble of online shopping.
