Proposal of SNS Membership Qualification System Using Security Information Database

Abstract(in English) In order to assure information security of Social Networking Service (SNS), this paper proposes to introduce a membership qualifying system for the users, so that its usage could be controlled to meet information security policy of SNS. On the analogy of traffic system in the real world, the paper discusses 3 types of licenses and certifications; SNS membership license, security inspection certificate and access visa that are issued and managed by using information security database. It further describes related organization and operating image of the proposed system, and finally discusses merits and issues of the proposed system from technical and sociological viewpoints.
