Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To solve the problems in business and society, the case method which enhance the conflict-resolution skills has been mainly carried out in a single language environment. We propose a new educational system to conduct the global case method in a multilingual environment. We evaluated our system by using a case 'Japanese foreign student Mr Koichi Tanaka'. As a result, we found that it was possible to address issues in their native language. We were aware of both the cultural similarities and difference between two groups, Korean and Japanese.
