| 抄録(和) | 本研究では日本在住外国人と自治体の統合的な地域防災力向上を目的とし,多言語仮想空間上DIGシステムを提案する在住外国人にはGoogleマップを活用した災害図上訓練DIGを仮想空間上で実施してもらうことで,地域災害対応能力の向上支援を行う.一方自治体は,在住外国人の各コミュニティの災害時の行動群がシステム上で獲得され,日本語に翻訳されるため在住外国人に対してより高度な防災対策を講じることが可能となる. |
| 抄録(英) | Nowadays, more than 2 million foreigners are living in Japan. Most of them has a different culture or a custom by ones national origins. Therefore, when a natural disaster occurs, they might be beset with various problems. Because of these factors, we suggest a multi-language virtual DIG system in this study. Foreigners could participate in disaster-preparedness drills called DIG by using this system. In addition, the local government could obtain the behavior model data of each foreign community might choose when the disaster occurs. By using this system, we could support both foreigners and local government to increase the ability to respond to the disaster. |
