Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Nowadays, more than 2 million foreigners are living in Japan. Most of them has a different culture or a custom by ones national origins. Therefore, when a natural disaster occurs, they might be beset with various problems. Because of these factors, we suggest a multi-language virtual DIG system in this study. Foreigners could participate in disaster-preparedness drills called DIG by using this system. In addition, the local government could obtain the behavior model data of each foreign community might choose when the disaster occurs. By using this system, we could support both foreigners and local government to increase the ability to respond to the disaster.
