Localization Using Mobile Phone and Image Matching : Improving Precision by Combination of Two Types of Image Matching Method

Abstract(in English) We propose a new localization technique using mobile phone. The suggested technique performs matching of still image and the motion image database that we photographed with a mobile phone camera and it is located from those correlation coefficients. In our experiments, we have found that there are advantages to each matching method by correlation coefficient and SURF. In this paper, we succeeded to improve the precision of localization by combination two matching method.
