Abstract(in English) In this paper, we present a new robust watermarking scheme based on discrete cosine transform(DCT), singular value decomposition(SVD) and arnold scrambling Both DCT and SVD have been very popular in digital watermarking technology But in our algonthm we combine these two mathematical methods to compose a new robust method for the image watermarking technology First we use DCT to the host image and map the DCT coefficients in a zig-zag order into four quadrants These four quadrants represent the frequency feature of the host image from lowest to highest In order to improve the security of the scheme we first use arnold scrambling to watermarking image Then embed the watermarking data by modifying the singular values of each quadrant with DCT transformed watermarking image The expenmental results show that this algonthm is robust to a wide range of attacks and has better security performance.
