Abstract(in English) | From the viewpoint of the efficient use of the frequency resources, we are studying the introduction of additional system in the operation area of the existing system, since the existing system does not necessarily covers all its area. In this case, it is essential for the exiting system to assure the absence of the harmful interference from the additional system, not so as to degrade the existing system. For this purpose, this material describes the functional configuration of the signal detection scheme and its detection performance characteristics, which is composed of the signal cancellation and the feature detection schemes, since the signal detector simultaneously receives both the signals of the existing and additional systems. The performance characteristics are obtained for the OFDM signal by means of the software simulation, which is expressed in the term of the probability of the correct detection probability. From the realistic situation, two signals may have sample timing offset and/or frequency offset each other. We consider those degradation factors in the simulation studies. One of the important factors of the signal detection will be the power ratio of the two signals in the existing and additional systems. As a result, it is clanfied that the there exist the power ratio value extents in which the signal cancellation is essentially required In addition, we address the systematic consideration example to introduce an additional system, using the Recommendation ITU-R P.526-12. |
