Abstract(in English) This paper reports an implementation design and development of autonomous Vehicle-to-Vehicle cogni-tive radio system over white space, which was conducted through joint research with Kyushu Institute of Technology, The University of Electro-Communications, and Toyota InfoTechnology Center. First, we briefly describe the outline of our proposed system and then methods of design and implementation we employed are shown from a view point of hardware and software. In particular, strategies for USRP implementation are explained in details.
