Abstract(in English) | The authors have studied a wireless communication system based on dynamic spectrum access (DSA) technology and interference suppression technique based on space-time signal processing to improve the area-spectral efficiency of ISM bands, where multiple wireless systems coexist. To evaluate the improvement of the area-spectral efficiency brought by our proposed system/scheme, we also have developed a multi-system/multi-channel PHY-MAC cross-layer simulator which can simulate IEEE 802.11g ERP-OFDM, Bluetooth Version 2.0 + EDR and our DSA system. This paper describes the necessity and structure of this simulator, and shows some evaluation results. |
