Abstract(in English) Adult stutterers have been probably suffered from many troubles in their everyday life Fluency shaping treatment by a speech-language-hearing-therapist is applied for them, but the clinics and hospitals with stuttering therapists are insufficient in Japan In many cases, it is so far to often visit the clinics for them So we developed a new self-training approach using a synthetic voice at home, which is additionally introduced to support conventional treatment at the clinics This approach has been adopted to one adult stutterer in Aomori for ten months, then stuttenng is now effectively improved
