Abstract(in English) It is important to reduce the stress and to live a orderly life for prevention of lifestyle-related diseases It is considered to be performed upon wake-up yoga, and is effective for both However, in order to master yoga generally, it is necessary to go to a schoolroom and to receive instruction, and time restrictions are large Then, we showed clearly what kind of effect is obtained by performing yoga at the time of getting up as a tool for practic-ing yoga more simply using the application of the yoga which operates with a smart phone Sleepiness decreased significantly before and after yoga as a result of the experiment for a university students Moreover, the significant difference was not obtained about the degree of relaxed
