Abstract(in English) | Transparent Kana board, made from acrylic or other materials, is utilized for caregivers and people with severe physical disabilities to communicate Although transparent Kana board is inexpensive and easy to use, it places stress on the caregiver, because the caregiver must duplicate work he or she must read the characters indicated by the patient, and also write them down so as not to forget them In this paper, we describe two systems that use a commercially available digital pen and electrical conducting matenal to lessen the workload on the caregiver when using a transparent Kana board And then, we consider that what are seeds to develop transparent kana board communication support device |
