Abstract(in English) IEEE1888 which is a protocol for implementing an energy management system by ICT easily connected sensors, actuators, storage and application using different protocols and network domain to each other. Therefore, IEEE1888 has been studied not only EMS, also adaptation to HEMS and CEMS. We propose a method for configuration and distribution of access control rules that are required to operate these systems using and including Resource Information Manager.
