Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Surface plasmon cavities have attracted much attention for light sources m the electronic-photonic integrated circuits and high-efficiency single photon sources. In this paper, we propose a surface plasmon cavity sandwiched between metal wall and photonic crystal. We evaluate Q-value and mode volume of the proposed structure using a 3-D vector finite element solver developed by our research group.
