Abstract(in English) | We conducted a paired comparison experiment to find highly discriminable combinations of tactile circular dot symbols on swell paper Dot sizes varied from 1mm to 8mm by 1mm step The analysis of answer distributions, touching times and degrees of confidence revealed that it is easy to discriminate between dots with a diameter of 1mm and dots with a diameter of 3mm or more, dots with a diameter of 3mm and dots with a diameter of 5mm or more and dots with a diameter of 5mm and dots with a diameter of 7mm or more It was also found that the higher the degree of confidence, the higher the success rate of discrimination and the shorter touching times |
