| 抄録(和) | 本研究では、有機溶媒で溶解されたPCDTBT/PC71BM混合溶液から作製された活性層を用いた有機太陽電池の特性を評価した。異なる有機溶媒で溶解されたPCDTBT/PC71BM混合溶液を用いて、それぞれ活性層を作製し、それぞれの活性層のAFMの表面観察から活性層内部のナノ相分離構造を推察し、J-V特性との関係を検討した。活性層内部の相互貫通網目構造が短絡電流に重要な働きをすることを明らかにした。高効率化を図るために使用するポリマー材料を大気中でも安定なPCDTBT、フラーレン材料をPC61BMよりも電子輸送性が良いPC71BMを用いて有機薄膜太陽電池を作製しAFM、J-V特性曲線により比較検討を行った。 |
| 抄録(英) | In this study, composite active layers of PCDTBT/PC71BM were prepared by using different organic solvents for fabrication of organic solar cell (OSC) devices. Effects of the organic solvents on characteristic of the resulting OSC devices were investigated. Mixture solutions of PCDTBT/PC71BM in different organic solvents were prepared to fabricate composite active layers. Nano-isolated-phase structures in the resulting active layers were supposed after atomic force microscopy (AFM) analysis for each active layer variety. Relationship between the supposed nano-isolated-phase structures and current density (J)-voltage (V) characteristics was studied. It was clanfied that interpenetrated networking structure in the active layer could play a significant role for short-circuit current (ISc). To achieve high performance of OSC device, stable polymer of PCDTBT in atmosphere was used in combination with a fullerene material of PC71BM having better electron transporting property than PC61BM. Performance of the resulting OSC devices with different composite active layers was investigated comparatively regarding AFM analysis results and J-V characteristic. |
