Abstract(in English) Human behavior in service fields is influenced by environmental stimuli, and it partially appears in the results such as POS data. By entirely measuring and presenting those elements including the spatiotemporal and semantic relationships, the nature of service fields is clanfied thoroughly. It makes it possible to realise service process reengineering (SPR). We have been attempting the augmentation of service management, Kaizen, and service operation by using technologies for human behavior measuring and presentation, which we call ASPR (Augmented Service Process Reengineering). First, this paper gives an outline of ASPR technologies, and then introduces several practices in service fields.
